How does our online coaching work?

1. Initial Consultation: We start by scheduling an initial consultation. This allows us to discuss their training history.

2. Fitness Assessment: conduct a thorough fitness assessment, We may utilize performance tests, such as time trials.

3. Goal Setting: We believe in setting SMART goals with our athletes. Determine short-term and long-term objectives whether it’s completing a sprint triathlon or qualifying for a championship race.

4. Customized Training Plan: Design a personalized training plan for each athlete, according to the athlete’s current fitness level, and time availability.

5. Training Phases: We structure our training plans into phases, including base building, strength and endurance development, and race-specific preparation. This systematic approach ensures gradual progression and prevents burnout.

6. Communication: We believe in open and frequent communication with our athletes. Throughout the training process, we remain accessible to provide feedback.

7. Performance Monitoring: Our coaches analyze workout data, race results, and other performance to evaluate an athlete’s development.

Who is our coaching for?

1. Beginners: If you’re new to triathlon and looking to perform on your first race, we are here to guide you every step of the way.

2. Intermediate: For athletes who have completed a few triathlons and are looking to improve their performance, we offer guidance to help them reach the next level.

3. Age Group Competitors: We work with age group athletes. We’ll help you balance training with other commitments, and tailor your training plans to suit your age-specific requirements.

4. Elite athletes: we support Them whether they are chasing podiums, preparing for a championship, or improving performance in both long and short courses.
